On 10-11-12 November, the Smile Project Charity Market was held for the first time in Rome, in the very central and elegant Via del Corso. A winning bet that of Elsa Michael, founder of Smile Project and organiser of the event, who this year decided to double the edition of the annual charity market by proposing Rome as an additional location. So many people came to visit us and made purchases, thus contributing to the realisation of our solidarity projects for women, children and fragile people in Eritrea.
A special thank you to Zia Caterina, Caterina Bellandi, the colourful Florentine taxi driver who, with her taxi ‘Milano 25’ full of toys and puppets, dedicates herself to the little patients of the Mayer Children’s Hospital in Florence. Caterina joined us in Rome in her yellow taxi to support our cause.
